Student Accounts

The Student Accounts Office exists to serve you. We would like to help you complete your business tasks in the most efficient and effective way possible. Please do not hesitate to contact us with questions and suggestions on how we may better serve you.

Payment Information

For pre-registered students, a statement of account detailing classes registered, tuition and other applicable charges, and the anticipated financial aid for the are available online only. Student statements can be viewed at any time on the Student Portal.

Students should check “My Ledger” on the Student Portal at least monthly. Adjustments will occur if you add or drop a course, receive additional financial aid or incur other charges. Payment in full is due by the 15th of the first month of term unless a payment plan has been approved.

All students must finalize financial aid arrangements and verify their student account balance is paid in full prior to the due date. Any account not paid in full by the 15th of the first month of term is required to setup a payment plan. Students with unpaid accounts who do have an approved payment plan may may be administratively withdrawn. A late fee of $25 will be assessed for each late/missed payment. In addition, a finance charge will be assessed at 2% monthly on any unpaid balances. Presentation College does not release grades, diplomas, or transcripts until all accounts are paid in full to the College. Students with unpaid accounts are not allowed to register for future semesters.
