Admissions Appeal Form
If you do not meet the Admission requirements, you may complete and submit this appeal form to be reviewed by the Admissions Appeal Committee. The committee conducts weekly review sessions to ensure timely follow-up communication to students awaiting an admissions decision.
If you were academically suspended and are seeking re-admission to the college, this is the appropriate form to fill out.
