Being a student at Presentation College will be one of the most gratifying times of your life, however there will be a lot of financial information you will need to comprehend. That's why our doors are always open!
Please stop by and we will assist you, give you important due dates and make necessary arrangements to make sure your tuition and fees get paid on time.

Payments may be applied to a credit card at the Presentation College Student Accounts Office or through the Student Portal. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. You can also pay by credit card over the telephone by calling the Presentation College Student Accounts at 605.229.8451 (please have the following information available for the call):
- Name as it appears on the credit card
- Credit card number
- Expiration date
- Dollar amount
- Three digit security code
Please Note: All credit card transactions will incur a non-refundable 2.75% convenience fee. Convenience fees are not charged to Application Fees or Deposits.
Payments made by cash should be made in person at the Presentation College Student Accounts Office in Room 249 (Aberdeen Campus) or at the main office on the Fairmont Campus.
Please note: Presentation College does not accept cash payments by mail.
In the event a student is unable to pay their balance in full at the beginning of the semester, the college offers a payment plan option. There is a $60 fee per semester for this service.
A student may pay a semester charge in four monthly payments through the Student Portal by remitting one-fourth of the total balance due by July 15 for the Fall Semester and November 15 for the Spring Semester and paying the remainder in three equal payments in the following three months. Monthly payments for the Summer Semester will begin April 15 with one-third of the total balance due and paying the remainder in two equal payments in the following two months.
Third Party Payments
If a third party (i.e. Vocational Rehab, Employer, VA) will be assisting you with the payment of your tuition costs, you must notify the Business Office prior to the first week of classes.
