The Help Desk uses a ticketing system to track work orders. If you require assistance please start by submitting a ticket. To submit a ticket simply send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org from your Presentation College email. Please include your name and contact information as well as detailed description of your problem.
Walk-in technical support is available from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM weekdays. You can call or email the PC Help Desk for networking and software questions and for assistance with your laptop. See the contact information below.
