Help Desk Portal
The Help Desk uses a self service ticketing system to track work orders. If you requrie assistance please submit a ticket. To submit a ticket for log in to Help Desk Portal located at:
Use your email/Blackboard login to gain access. Once logged in you can create a ticket for help. Alternatively you can simply send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org from your Presentation College email. Please be sure that you send the request from your Presentation College email address.
Walk-in technical support is available from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM weekdays. You can call or email the PC Help Desk for networking and software questions and for assistance with your laptop. See the contact information below.
