Presentation College is pleased to announce that 2015 social work graduate, Shobi Zetina was recently named as Presentation College’s second recipient of a Pi Gamma Mu graduate school scholarship. Zetina plans on attending the University of South Dakota for her graduate degree.

 

Pi Gamma Mu’s scholarships are intended for the first or second year of graduate work in the areas of sociology, anthropology, political science, history, economics, international relations, public administration, criminal justice, law, social work, psychology, and human/cultural geography.

 

According to the Pi Gamma Mu website, there are approximately 150 chapters in the United States and abroad, and only eleven scholarships are given annually.

 

In four years of Presentation College’s South Dakota Zeta Chapter of Pi Gamma Mu, PC has had 37 inductees from various programs and now two recipients of Pi Gamma Mu scholarships.
