Presentation College has in place a Reading, Writing and Math exam to gain more accurate scores for Math and English placement. This program is called the Accuplacer Test. All new degree seeking students who have not taken College Composition or met the math requirement are required to take the tests. The Accuplacer is a computerized test you can take with a proctor in your area.
For students who have completed College Composition with a grade of C or higher:
- Reading portion: waived
- Writing portion: waived
For students who have completed Intermediate Algebra, College Algebra or Statistics with a grade of C or higher:
- Math portion: waived have taken Intermediate, College Algebra or Statistics with a grade of C or higherDistance PC Virtual students will take the Accuplacer test at a testing center in or close to their hometown.
