Tara Haugen has been practicing nursing since 2001.
She started her nursing career working for
Cottonwood-Jackson Community Health Nursing as a school
nurse and home care nurse. In 2003, Tara began working
for Mayo Clinic, Rochester as a nurse in the Primary Care
Department. She also worked as a Licensed School Nurse
for Rochester Public School District for three years.
In 2007, she moved to Fairmont and worked as a home health
and hospice nurse for two years while teaching part-time at
Presentation College. Tara is currently working at
Presentation College full-time.
Tara is currently working on completing her Masters in
Nursing Degree with a focus on nursing education.
Tara enjoys spending time with her two children, Blake and
Anika, and her husband, Brad. They enjoy playing
sports and being outdoors in general. Tara also enjoys
scrapbooking.
