Thought of the day:   You need to know that not everything in your textbook is important. Learn when to skim, when to scan, and when to read.

The Learning Center will be open on Saturday, December 6th from 12:00 noon to 4:00 p.m for you to prepare for finals. There will be snacks for you to enjoy.

Finals are scheduled for December 10-12, 2008.

Tutors Needed: If you are interested in tutoring for Spring Semester 2009, please see Kristie in the Learning Center.

Save the date: Saturday, December 6th, the Learning Center will be open. We will have snacks, and other goodies to help you study for finals. More details to come as the date get closer.

 The Career Learning Center is a place to study, check your email, take a test, find a tutor and meet with a study group. As a service to the College Community, the  Learning Center has a fully functional Computer Lab, as well as a place for you to charge your laptop while you are on campus. 

The Learning Center can administer several standardized testing programs such as the ACT Residual Test to prospective students, the COMPASS placement test and the CLEP test.  For more information on the standardized testing programs, please contact the Learning Center.

The Learning Center is open Monday-Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
