The Minnesota State Grant Program is available to qualified Minnesota residents pursuing a degree at the Fairmont Campus. The student must be (or will be) enrolled for at least three credits as an undergraduate student at our Fairmont Campus. A student who does not have the equivalent of 12 full-time quarter or eight full-time semesters of postsecondary attendance may be eligible. Attendance is accumulated using units, with 108 units being the equivalent of four academic years of full-time attendance. Attempted credits are used to determine attendance. A student is no longer eligible for the grant program once they have earned a baccalaureate degree.
The award amount varies depending on the number of credits in which the student is enrolled, the student’s EFC, and declared academic program. Click here for more information.
