Discover Sports Administration
The students in the Sports Administration Program will develop skills in event planning, facility planning, event sales or promotions and other valuable skills to be successful in the industry. The program also provides hands-on experience through two clinicals and an internship. The program provides a solid background in general business, with a strong emphasis on sports administration. And, due to the flexibility of the program, graduates have the opportunity to minor in Finance, Health Services Administration, Agricultural Business Management or Management to gain other valuable skills.
Your learning experience will be characterized by personal attention and advising from faculty, relevant hands-on learning opportunities, and the completion of a valuable internship. Students explore areas in accounting, finance, business communications, marketing, human resources, and organizational theory.
