THE PC APPROACH
The Presentation College MSN nursing programs deliver a systematic teaching process, diligent qualification of students, interdisciplinary residencies in our new, state-of-the-art Avera Simulation Center, and engaging, interactive classroom activities that transcend rote learning.
The Nurse Educator MSN program prepares nurses for educator positions in diverse academic and health care settings. As with all of our nursing master’s programs, the MSN-NE online program (4 Semesters) is based on national evidence-based criteria.
Our online MSN curriculum at Presentation College prepares students to design, implement, evaluate and revise education programs for nurses and deliver curricula in classroom, clinical, and simulation labs. Practicum experiences will provide students the opportunity to apply learning in real-world settings.
With the goal of preparing nurses to make a positive impact in patients’ lives, nurse educators help shape the future of healthcare by educating, mentoring, and guiding nurses. Graduates of the MSN-NE program will graduate with the tools needed to sit for the National League for Nursing’s Certification for Nurse Educators (CNE) exam.
