  • Our LPN-to-BSN online program is currently offered in:  Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
Application Process

Submit your application to our LPN-BSN program. Contact the Registrar’s Office of the schools you have previously attended, and submit your transcripts to our Admissions Office at admit@presentation.edu. Once all transcripts are received you will be admitted to the college, and then will have the opportunity to apply and progress into the Nursing program.

Also required for acceptance are the following, which can be uploaded to the Nursing Department once you start Nursing courses:

  • A copy of your LPN License
  • A TEAS or PAX exam score taken in the last year
