  • Our LPN-to-BSN online program is currently offered in:  Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
Application Process

Submit your application to our LPN-BSN program. Contact the Registrar’s Office of the schools you have previously attended, and submit your transcripts to our Admissions Office at admit@presentation.edu.

Also required for acceptance are the following, which can be submitted to our Admissions Office:

  • A copy of your LPN License
  • A copy of your work history or resume
  • A TEAS or PAX exam score taken in the last year
  • Two professional or academic references – you can give this form to your references or ask them to write a letter:

Once all your documents are submitted you will be reviewed for Admission, then your transcripts will be evaluated to determine what credits will transfer in. After that you will be partnered with an academic advisor that will register you for classes, and help you find clinical placement.
