Mission Statement and Goals
The mission of the Radiologic Technology program sponsored by Presentation College is to provide imaging facilities in the mid-western region with radiographers who possess competency in performing radiologic procedures, who apply critical thinking skills, and who are in the pursuit of professional excellence. A qualified faculty will provide appropriate didactic and clinical education to prepare students for certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. The program will provide students with opportunities to experience current as well as emerging imaging modalities. Students enrolled in the program have the opportunity to participate in leadership development and community service activities.
Program Goals
- To prepare students to achieve professional competence in a variety of radiologic procedures.
- To provide the radiology technology faculty and students an environment that encourages the pursuit of professional excellence.
- To enhance program quality by solicitation and analysis of input from communities of interest.

Certification
Upon graduation from Presentation College’s Radiology Technology program, students will be ready to take the professional certification examination given by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
