Methods of Payment

Payments made by check can be mailed to the following address (Please allow five minimum business days for mailed payments):

Credit Cards
Payments may be applied to a credit card  at the Presentation College Student Accounts Office or through the Student Portal

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. You can also pay by credit card over the telephone by calling the Presentation College Student Accounts at 605.229.8451 (please have the following information available for the call):

  • Name as it appears on the credit card
  • Credit card number
  • Expiration date
  • Dollar amount
  • Three digit security code

Please Note: All credit card transactions will incur a non-refundable 2.75% convenience fee.  Convenience fees are not charged to Application Fees or Deposits.

Payments made by cash should be made in person at the Presentation College Student Accounts Office in Room 249 (Aberdeen Campus) or at the main office on the Fairmont Campus.

Please note: Presentation College does not accept cash payments by mail.

Payment Plan

In the event a student is unable to pay their balance in full by the first day of classes, the college offers a payment plan option. There is a $60 fee per semester for this service.

A student may pay a semester charge in four monthly payments through the Student Portal by filling out a payment plan agreement and making the agreed upon monthly payment.

Third Party Payments

If a third party (i.e. Vocational Rehab, Employer, VA) will be assisting you with the payment of your tuition costs, you must notify the Student Accounts office prior to the first day of class.
