The student suites are located on the northwest corner of the Presentation College campus.  There are nine Suite entrances with 36 total Suites.  The Suites focus on family-like living for four students, equipped with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room, and kitchen.  Furnishings for each suite include a single bed, computer desk, chair, and dresser.  Ample closet space is included in each bedroom and kitchen. 

In addition, the suites are in walking distance of the Dining Hall, providing pre-paid meal plans that provide nutrition and convenience.

Each private bedroom is also equipped with Internet access at no additional charge.

Laundry facilities and large storage areas are also available in each building.
