Presentation social work students
have an active Social Work Club. The group has fund raisers each
year to raise money for numerous causes including outside workshops for
students, the annual social worker reception held in March in honor of
Social Work month and other learning experiences.

The Club also
has a social aspect sponsoring an annual welcoming party for incoming
students and a Christmas party. The Club has become involved in the
state NASW chapter and sends a student representative to state board
meetings. The Club enhances collegiality throughout the program and
help students become familiar with one another, the program as well as
sharing information in regard to courses.
