However, some clutch free throws by the visitors was what led BHS to the victory.  Babcock finished with a team-high 17 points, including 2 big 3 pointers.  Grey pitched in with 12 and May with 10. Senior big-man Richie Ward had his second-consecutive game with a double-double (3rd on the season) as he finished with 16 points and 12 boards.

Cold weather outside; cold shooting inside as Saints lose.

12/10 -- After a solid weekend in conference play the Saints struggled to find any rhythm as the visitors from North Central University came in and won 60-52.  Both teams struggled to find any sort of offensive flow in the first half as the teams went into the locker with the visitors leading 23-21.

PC continued to play solid defense in the 2nd half as well as shoot a balmy 71% from the field while holding Bethany to 40%.  The Saints also held 15-13 rebounding advantage in the 2nd half.  What kept the Vikings in the game was the Saints inability to convert at the free throw line as the Saints finished the game 15-30 from the charity stripe.  Despite the poor free throw shooting the Saints held on for a 60-56 victory.

Senior Center Richie Ward finished with a game high 17 points to go along with 6 rebounds.  Senior guard Eric May had another strong night as he totaled 13 points after the final whistle.
