Procedure:
Use of Form: This form is to be used by College/Convent personnel scheduling room usage. It provides for notation of room use, housekeeping, food service, and other needs on one form so information is readily available to all departments. The individual housekeeping and maintenance forms will continue to be used by the College for other types of requests, i.e. cleaning and maintenance requests not related to use of rooms for specific events/activities. All food service requests are to be made on this form.
Please complete the form as appropriate and mark each department affected by the request. (Copies of all requests are to be provided to the Business Office and Security.)
Space Usage: Arrangements for space usage at the College are made as follows:
To reserve Strode Activity Center and President's Conference Room contact President's Office (ext. 405). All other areas including classrooms, meeting rooms, North Conference Room, auditorium, Presentation Cafe (cafeteria), contact Registrar's Office (ext. 424). Please check space availability by phone and follow with this online request form. Space and items shared between College and Convent such as tables and chairs are scheduled on a first come/first served basis. Space/other items are reserved based on receipt of this form - telephone calls are preliminary only. See below for technology needs.
Food Service: Service is to be requested at least 1 week in advance. Larger groups require additional advance notice.
Student Suites/Residence Halls: By arrangement with the Dean of Students (ext. 406)
Repairs/Maintenance Needs: Please notify the College Business Office (ext. 453) regarding any repair needs identified in the areas used, e.g. plumbing, regular maintenance.
