WHAT
IS WebCT?
WebCT
Inc. is the world’s leading provider of integrated
e-Learning systems for higher education. Basically, its job
is to allow Instructors to use the Internet to get
information to students, proctor quizzes, etc.
*Once you are accepted into Presentation College the PC
Virtual Coordinator will send out your personal ID and
password to access WebCT.

WebCT Tips:

If you have the Windows XP operating system you may have
difficulty using some functions in WebCT. You need to
download a Java plug-in at
http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.2/download.html. Select
the J2SE v 1.4.2_05 JRE and install.

If you follow the WebCT links but get a message that
says "Page Cannot be Displayed", your computer may be
infected with spyware. We recommend two programs for
removing spyware:
http://www.lavasoftusa.com/ - under Products go to
"Ad-Aware Personal", then "Download Now"
http://www.download.com/Spybot-Search-Destroy/3000-8022_4-10122137.html -
scroll to the bottom and select the "Download Spybot" link
