Presentation College student publishes photograph
ABERDEEN, S.D. -- A photograph by Presentation College student JoAnn M. Reff was recently chosen for publication. Reff, a Business major from Aberdeen, S.D., submitted a photo of Westminster Abbey to an online contest. She was chosen as a finalist.
"When I received the letter that I was going to be published I could not believe it," Reff said. "I love taking pictures and want to go far with it."
Her photograph was taken as part of a Presentation College Study Abroad course, which studied the art and architecture of London. Her photograph of Westminster Abbey appears in the book Revealing Reflections, published by The International Library of Photography.
"I love to try and see things in a different way and draw the eye to more than one place," Reff said. "I think I might be ready for the next level, so now I’m trying to find another contest to enter."
