PC Faculty Member Presents in Virginia

 

Text Box: Presentation College Associate Professor of Nursing, Dr. Margie Washnok, recently presented at the 2009 Drexel Nursing Education Conference in Arlington, VA. The topic of “Anxiety Related to Future Accreditation Process” provided information for nurse educators, who will have an initial or reaccreditation nursing program site visit. Some of the nurse educators have never experienced an accreditation site visit. “After attending the presentation, they were not as overwhelmed concerning preparing for an accreditation self-study report. They now have a better understanding of what needs to be available, during the visit, for the site visitors to review,” said Dr. Washnok.
