ABERDEEN, S.D. – Dr. Brad Tennant, Presentation College Associate Professor of History, published an article in the Winter 2013 issue of Heritage of the Great Plains. Tennant’s article, titled “Catlin and Audubon: Impressions of the Fur Trade Frontier” compares and contrasts the impressions of renowned artists George Catlin in 1832 and John James Audubon eleven years later in 1843.
Heritage of the Great Plains is a refereed, scholarly journal published by the Center for Great Plains Studies in Emporia, Kan.
